Ban
Really don't like someone? Breaking the rules with no remorse? Well just ban them and that's the issue sorted. The ban command can ban a user in the server from a user ID or a user mention. The command will also log the ban and reason to the audit log as well as the logging channel.
A user must be specified however, the reason is optional.
The user will not be notified of their ban.
If the ban was unsuccessful then the staff member will receive an ephemeral message.
